Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email within 3 days to let you know that your order is on its way!
FLAT-RATE SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within 7-14 days via Wanb Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer free international shipping to any country in the world.
If you use the calculated shipping rates : Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. EVOTROM & VGNT LLP
is not responsible for these charges if they apply and they are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and will refund the full amount of the order less the cost of return postage.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@vivastra.co.uk quoting your order number and enclosing a photograph of the condition of the item. We deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
